Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Jan Swarajya Seva Foundation, we deeply value the support of our donors and contributors. As a nonprofit organization, transparency and accountability are core to our values. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any donation.

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to Jan Swarajya Seva Foundation through our website, offline channels, or payment gateways are non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except in the rare cases listed below.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:

• The donation was made by mistake or due to a technical error.

• The donation amount was incorrect (e.g., an extra zero added).

• Duplicate donations were made unintentionally.

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, providing:

• Full name

• Contact information

• Donation amount

• Date of donation

• Reason for refund request

• Transaction reference number or payment receipt

Note: Approval of any refund is at the sole discretion of the Foundation’s management.

3. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed using the same method through which the donation was made (e.g., bank account, UPI, credit/debit card). Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Cancellation Policy

Since donations are voluntary and not for the purchase of any goods or services, cancellations are not applicable once a transaction is completed.
